About FDV.......

The FDV team are trained and have worked together for years in high quality, high volume, spay & neuter and shelter medicine. After seeing how difficult it has been for smaller shelters/rescue and smaller community members to have access to spay/neuter/wellness services we decided to take our show on the road! We come from a diverse background of general practice, international medicine, and shelter medicine, and we truly enjoy what we do and working together. We are African American, Native American, and veterinarian privately owned and operated. Help us help the community to be able to keep their pets happy and healthy and reduce surrenders to shelters and euthanasias.

MISSION

To offer underserved communities, including animal rescue facilities and tribal reservations, an accessible and affordable option for spay, neuter, and basic wellness services.

VISION

To prevent unnecessary pet overpopulation, illness, and suffering through sustainable trusted partnerships with communities.

VALUES

We base our values on what are called are known as, “The 7 Grandfather Teachings” which include:

  • Humility

  • Bravery

  • Honesty

  • Wisdom

  • Truth

  • Respect

  • Love
