Both of FDV doctors were trained at ASPCA Humane Alliance in the last 5 years. They have worked the last 3 years doing solely HQHVSN and shelter medicine and operate the FDV mobile operations. 

 

FDV vets currently offer their services for relief work in IN and OH. They are willing to travel and become licensed in other states if given enough advance, and with discussion on reimbursement.
